Halloween Costume Swap In-Person
📚🎃 NMPL Presents: The Halloween Costume Swap! 🎃📚
This October, we’re thrilled to host our very own Halloween Costume Swap!
👻Starting now till September 30th, the Children's Department will be accepted new or gently used costume/prop donations for the costume swap on October 3rd, 2 pm - 4 pm!
THE PROGRAM:
- No donation is required to select a costume—participation is open to all!
- Costumes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Limit: One costume per child, to ensure fair access for everyone.
🎃DONATION GUIDELINES🎃
We welcome appropriate new or gently-used costumes and accessories in infant through adult sizes, including:

Full costumes

Accessories like crowns, masks, wands, etc.
All items must be:

Clean and in good condition
-
Free of rips, stains, or other damage
We Are NOT Accepting Halloween makeup, face paint, or fake blood (for sanitary reasons)
Donations will NOT be accepted on swap day—please plan accordingly.
Please do not leave costumes outside or in the book drop. All dojnations must be brought directly to the NMPL Children's Department by September 30th.
