Goal Setting: 2-part Workshop In-Person

Together, with Life Coach Brianna Moura, we will create a goal that is specific to something you are currently working on. We will develop a plan in order to turn the goal into reality! In this empowering first session, we will work together to create a specific goal tied to something you are passionate about or currently working on. You will gain clarity on your objective, uncover potential obstacles, and develop a personalized plan to make your goal attainable. We will address what's standing in your way and set you up for success in the year ahead! 

Consistency is key to turning goals into achievements. In this follow-up session, we will check in on your progress, discuss what's working, and identify areas where adjustments are needed. You'll walk away with actionable strategies to stay on track and keep moving toward your goal—no matter what challenges arise! Sign up for both sessions separately--February 4 and March 4.
